How do reservations work?
1. Search for the cruise or experience that suits you best and pre-book it by clicking on the “book” button and filling in the form provided on the page. You can ask any questions you may have in the dedicated space at the bottom of each page.
2. We will contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible to confirm the details provided on the form, answer your questions, confirm dates and indicate payment deadlines.
3. When all services are confirmed, the tour operator will send you an email with the booking confirmation and details.
When does my experience become effective?
Bookings are only considered effective after confirmation from the tour operator (usually payment will be the last step in confirming your booking).
How can I pay for the experience?
Journeys must be paid for using the online booking method provided on the specific page of each daily itinerary, or by bank transfer, or in person by ATM or cash. Payments must respect the date indicated by the tour operator.
When will I receive my experience documents?
Once you have paid the full amount of the booking, you will be sent a voucher by email which you must print out and hand in at the time of travel.
Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
It is possible, however the cancellation of reservations by the customer is subject to the terms and conditions that you can consult here on the website.
How can I buy a gift voucher?
You must contact our Team and provide indications of a Gift Voucher. The team will contact you to indicate the payment information and then they offer you the gift voucher. After payment, we will send you the voucher by email with the details to offer and present to your dear ones.
How can I change the time/date of my booking?
To change your booking, you must contact us directly via our email, firstname.lastname@example.org or our telephone contact, +351 254 732 702. Any changes required are subject to availability of resources, staff and capacity.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are allowed on our Boats and Services. We believe that any individual should not miss the opportunity of a lifetime just by bringing their beloved companion along. In view of this authorisation, the client must still inform us in advance of the accompaniment of his animal, only by object of specific coordination at the time of boarding, for the realisation of the activity.
Do you have meals or drinks on board?
We have additional Catering Options that can be combined with any Exclusive Regime Cruise, this includes gastronomic and artisanal delicacies and snacks from the Douro region, as well as Wines made in our high quality vineyards. For access to these options, please ask us via email when making your booking request.
On Daily Regular Cruises, only a Bar section for direct sale of drinks is foreseen.
