Companhia Turística do Douro Lda, located at Rua da Praia, 12 – 5085-042 Pinhão – Portugal, with Tax Identification Number 503112429 and RNNAT No. 118/2011, offers customers the experiences presented on this site.

The experiences provided to the customer are carried out exclusively by Companhia Turística do Douro Lda, either in a shared mode – regular experiences, or exclusively for the customer – private experiences.

Reservations must be made by request via email, by purchasing a voucher from our kiosk or partners, or by making a reservation available on our website, and will only be considered effective once our contact has confirmed that the reservation has been made. info@ctdouro.comor upon full payment of the total price of the chosen program to us or partners, and receipt of our Voucher.

It is not possible to confirm the booking of services by calling Companhia Turística do Douro via phone. In this way, only a request for availability should be made, followed by a contact requesting confirmation, written exclusively to Companhia Turística do Douro and to the email address indicated, info@ctdouro.com.

Bookings are only considered effective once the total price of the cruise has been paid in full and within 7 days of the cruise departure date. We reserve the right not to accept a reservation for which payment has been made after the aforementioned deadline indicated in the quotation or purchase procedure. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid.

With the convenience of its partners and clients in mind, Companhia Turística do Douro offers two practical and unbureaucratic payment methods for its tours:

• Bank transfer.
• VISA/Mastercard credit card.

We understand that unforeseen events can happen and, for this reason, we have established a flexible rebooking or cancellation policy so that you can feel comfortable with your purchase.

• Rebooking: if the rebooking notification is received within 7 days of the cruise departure date, Companhia Turística do Douro may make it possible to rebook the reservation, subject to our availability.
• 50% Refund of the total amount: if the cancellation notice is received less than 7 days before the cruise departure date.
• No refund: if the cancellation notice is received less than 3 days before the cruise departure date.

We therefore advise our partners and clients to contact us immediately if they wish to cancel or modify their booking.

Companhia Turística do Douro also reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour due to:

1. no minimum number of participants.
2. events beyond their control, such as: bad weather and unfavorable navigational conditions, breakdowns in the navigation locks, damage to vessels, unforeseen delays, among others.

In the circumstances indicated in 1. and 2., the Customer may opt for a refund of the amounts already paid or accept another tour suggested by Companhia Turística do Douro, with the respective price variation.
